We want you to be totally satisfied with the products purchased from the Chris Ciriello Hockey Shop.There may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return and make it as easy as possible. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If you have received a product that was incorrectly ordered or no longer required, you must contact us (03 90130544) within 7 days of delivery. Sorry, we will not be able to accept a return after 7 days. The item must be in its original packaging and unused i.e. in a resalable condition. It is your responsibility to look after the product and arrange for the product to be returned to the Chris Ciriello Hockey Shop. The returned goods may be exchanged or a credit note issued. We do not offer a refund for products incorrectly ordered or no longer required. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
If you receive a product that you believe is faulty contact us (03 90130544) as soon as the fault is known. We will try to rectify the problem ASAP. Please provide to us full details of the fault and copy of invoiceorder number. It is your responsibility to look after the product and arrange for the product to be returned to us. For faulty items confirmed by us, we offer a replacement, refund or a credit.
Any in-store purchases or on-line purchase can be returned to the Chris Ciriello Hockey Shop. If you are offered a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges on online purchases and/or well a 3% PAYPAL bank charge for items purchased via PAYPAL or credit card) will be refunded to you using the original payment method so if you paid cash we can offer a cash refund. If you paid using a card, please bring the same card with you as we will refund back to your card.
